 Saturday, May 24: Ellenville

Marker Dedication & Illustrated Talk

Our 10th historic marker dedication will honor the Borscht Belt history of Ellenville! Join us at the Ellenville Public Library (40 Center Street) for a marker dedication at 3:00 pm.

Reception to follow at 4:00 pm.

At 5:00 pm, make your way to The Common Good (119 Canal Street) for an engaging discussion on Ellenville’s Borscht Belt history, titled Borscht Belt Reborn: Art, History, and the Ellenville Legacy, featuring photographers Isaac Jeffreys and Marisa Scheinfeld. The event will offer themed cocktails, followed by a book and print sale.

These events are free and open to all.

This project is made possible with funds from the New York State Legislature and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.
